By Design Africa used our sleek and seamless guest management process to best effect, managing 150 VIP guests invited to this high- profile event at Sun City. Branded Touch Points facilitated smooth run- ning of the process and played an important role as the “face” of MTN and the SAMAS campaign.
TELKOM 15TH BIRTHDAY – NATIONWIDE
Provide Event Management services to organize and co-ordinate all activities related to Telkom’s Birthday Celebration in seven different cit- ies around the country (+32 000 across all Events in 7 Cities all at the same time).
ZAMBIA TELKOM CUSTOMER FORUM – CIO’S GOLF DAY
The challenge was to design, produce and manage a wow experience for 200 delegates including partners, well-travelled, high net worth, C level executives who have seen it all at this prestigious event in Zam- bia. Execution included International destination proposal, all travel and accommodation logistics including charter flight, themed electronic and hard copy invitation. A website was designed and developed for pre-event to assist guests with enquiries and facilitate a seamless RSVP process as well as post event, to allow guests to revisit fond memories through the online gallery.
